Frareo Return & Refund Policy
Made specially for you. Damaged or defective items are replaced free.
At Frareo, every frame is custom-made using the photo and personalization details you provide at checkout. Because each order is created specifically for you, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect photo selection, or dissatisfaction with a personalization choice made by the customer at the time of order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, we will replace it at no additional cost to you. To be eligible for a replacement:
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at frareosupport@gmail.com.
You must provide clear photos or a video of the damaged or defective product, including the outer packaging.
The issue must be a genuine manufacturing, printing, or shipping defect, not a result of low-resolution photo uploads or customer-submitted errors.
What Happens Next
Once we verify the issue, we will arrange a free replacement at no cost to you. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
Non-Returnable Situations
The following are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund: change of mind after placing an order, errors in photos, spelling, or personalization details submitted by the customer, minor variations in color due to screen display differences, and frames that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
